Like HJ and myself have said many times before, Forrester Research will say anything you pay them to say. That's the nature of their business! They are in no way shape or form an objective bystander- their entire reason for existence is to provide pie-in-the-sky revenue and earnings estimates for the legions of companies that have gone public, or are planning to. (Those companies pay $30k a year or whatever the going rate is, to subscribe to the Forrester Research "newsletter") >Tom what happpened to the Forrester Research projection that online > retail sales this year would be up 47,800% over last year's?
