FG; it was only a matter of time before Internet law arrived to police comments on investor web-sites; it will be very interesting to see how it all plays out; are we talking about libel ? or freedom of speech ? sometimes there's a fine line between the two; we'll see if anyone really pays attention to this ruling; with aliases on the net, someone can use somebody else's credit card, create a new identity & continue on their merry way; the only real legal remedy (and meaningful deterrent) will be for a public company to sue a basher for liable and hope to win monetary damages. the next best remedy is to teach ethics & morality in the school system; sw
