At least we'll know by Dec 19th if the Duma pays HDI or not.
A lot of what they rule on daily is reported through
InterFax and other sources from Russia.

The person I spoke to today at HDI (not Debi) confirmed that HDI is expecting a payment for the work already performed on the Russian contract, and that they are expecting it any day now. Apparantely Kevin's reply to you concerned future work on the project.

Additionally, the person said that the audit is in fact complete for all of the time periods desired, is in review, but could not confirm whether it would be filed this week (didn't seem to know).
