Mininum Account Size about $20K,
20% margin + premium + ITM calculation
and naked puts, spreads etc. can be don
online.

I use ETrade, and they seem to be pretty good. May not be the best commissions, but I got an account for free because my company uses them for our stock options.

The research is decent, and their execution speeds are generally good.

I've been with Brown for years and no problems. Prices are low, execution is fast, and collateral and maint requirements are about the best you can get. Screens are clean and simple to use, however can't handle complex orders, i.e. spreads, straddles, etc.
