Good Morning Malcolm,

Thanks for your reply on the compensation issue. You can look at it from both angles that yes it does take some value from the shareholders pockets, BUT if they deliver the numbers and the price of the stock goes up as Siebel's has it's hard to be upset about that. I will be interested to watch their future development side by side keeping the compensation issue in the back of my mind.
