I think you miss understood my point completely.....I was referring to the excitement that Bridges was changing their name at the annual meeting on April 7th and not the actually date of the name change on May 15th. If you were following the thread during that point you will remember people being very excited in the weeks leading up to the name change vote at the AGM on April 7th. The share price doubled in the month leading up to the AGM although their were other factors. By the time the name change was formally made on May 15th it was more than factored into the stock price.

I felt the name change from Bridges Initiatives to Bridges.com might be worth a dollar rise in the stock price..but after reading this...I think we could do very well!!


I for one respect The Chief's opinion and even he felt at the time that a simple name change of BIT would be worth a significant rise.

A special resolution was passed in support of the name change at Bridges.com's annual and special meeting on April 7, 1999... which is the same date it hit its all time high
