So, who benefits in this T/MSPG/ (ATHM ) deal?

The question is what did MSPG want that they did not have?

Who has that which they did not have?

The answer is clearly: T and ATHM. ATHM will still be the only cable carrier until 2002 1/2. Then they can rent
their cable to AOL and others. The flow of money goes from
ISP's to T and ATHM eventually.

Who loses? AOL clearly, as MSPG the #2 guy sprints up and
signs with the enemy.
