The main course sound fine. It has been years since I went hog hunting in the gas filled swamps of East Texas, but I think I remember how. Maybe Sarge will help me? I remember back in '69 we had a great hunt. Razor can bring the side dishes.

That's cool with me, as long as apples aren't on the menu. I hate apples! Before you know it, one gets stuck in your mouth, and the whole meal goes to hell in a hand basket. ;-)

hdjr, Yes roasted peccary for main course for a Christmas dinner! I think that Big Dog lives near the Shiner Brewery- Big Dog could you bring along a little Shiner Bock Beer?
