The important Microsoft patch to Win98 to prevent Netscape crashes due to TCP/IP stack problems is at:
microsoft.com

and is called "Update for "Fragmented IGMP Packet" Security Vulnerability".

If you are crashing at EXBTV with Netscape, and haven't installed this patch, try installing it, and then try EXBTV again. It solves some other problems with Netscape crashing, too, and is very important.
