If estimates in Nasdaq land were so easy to gauge, then why was there nobody that I know of that put the Nasdaq even close to 3500 for year end at the beginning of the year? Surprise to the upside; surprise to the downside -- that is the rule in Nasadq land. Of course, there is that little matter of multiple expansion in these stocks.

I certainly am not arguing against the long term potential of technology. Heck, I have been almost 100% in technology until recently. The issue is one of valuation.
