George D:

While we wait for George B. to reply, fwiw, here's my feeling on his effort- you got to start somewhere in finding some new outlook on what we might hopefully conclude with dctc here. Taking stock on the sentiment left within shareholder ranks is somewhat useful I think. If we all have given up, as so many posters would have us believe, then perhaps that would have been useful to know.

I haven't given up, that course has rarely panned out for me in life in most arenas- maybe others feel different. If so, I hope they've resolved their dilemma and are not engaged here anymore- I mean, what's the point? The job of rebuilding some confidence and some decent sentiment is going to be tough. At least now we know that we are not alone. Strange things happen in the public markets, but its a comfort to have company as time moves along.

A. What matters is if DCI can turn itself around or not.

B. Your survey is irrelevant.

George D.,

A. Astute observation. Marvelous really. I'm certain your visionary insight has burned its way into the very souls of over 100 intelligently responding people with such magnificent sagacity they now sing in aggregate enlightenment due to the pure musical intellect of your wisdom. How in the world did you ever come up with such a fantastical prognostication? Pure fodder for a revolutionary course at Wharton I'd say.

B. I'm am certain it is to you as is my certainty to your certain certainty...certainly certain.

Bravo George. In the true sense of physics, you've illuminated the quantum path of inspiration.

Happy Holidays.

George B.<g>

George,

The poll may not be important to you or the company, but it is to GB, and apparently to others as well. One of the positives about SI and similar threads and boards is the sense of community it creates. And successful communities acknowledge the differences among their members.

If George wants to focus upon positives and fellowship, especially at this time of year, why not let him? The company is certainly not being responsive at this point, the SEC is as mute as ever, so what harm can it cause?

We have no real current information upon which to focus, we don't know anything definite regarding the Cyberfax IPO, including whether it has more substance than the switch that never was from IXC, the company may or may not be for sale or may or may not be ready to be listed depending on whom you believe as to the reasons for the company's vitality to be suspended for the duration: the new accountants, the old accountants, the ongoing SEC, existing management, new-old management, etc, etc, ad nauseam.

IMO, a major reason reason to continue to populate this thread is to gain from each other's experiences when something of import does finally happen, and to learn about each other's views until then, so we can then evaluate each other's opinions in proper perspective at that time.

Your post was most certainly in order, George. And I trust you will see mine in the same light.

Happy holiday,

Steve
