The lease expansion release is of little interest, unless taken in context with DPAC's last conference call. My interpretation of that call is that DPAC expects to be ready to expand exponentially in about a year, if its business model is fulfilled. Consequently, it makes sense to enter into a short term lease with minimal business disruptions at this time; especially as DPAc may be in need of a much larger facility in the next year. In otehr words, if this means that DPAC will only need additional space for a year, the release is bearish. If it means that DPAC anticipates it will need even more space in a year, it is bullish. I think it is bullish.
