Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. Announces Hiring of Industry Veteran
to the Management Team of Rocky Mountain (Fuzhou) Drug Co. Ltd.

Robert Bell, President of Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc.
(OTCBB:RMGG), announced today it is expanding its Ginseng product line
by utilizing an innovative creamed honey process.
Bell also announced that initial shipments of the original
Ginseng product line is expected to begin shipment this week.
Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. has developed an innovative process
of creaming clover honey with North American Ginseng to create a high
quality product for the Chinese market. Chinese culture has been
taking honey and ginseng for hundreds of years. The innovative
creaming process that Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. has developed
allows both products to be taken together. The creamed honey process,
utilizing clover honey, allows the ginseng to remain suspended in the
honey indefinitely. All ingredients used in the creamed ginseng
product are imported from North America, providing a one-of-a-kind
product to the Chinese market. North American nutritional supplements
are seen as extremely high quality products in the Chinese
marketplace.

Jiang Shao Shu as Vice President. Jiang will be responsible for market
development for the Chinese Manufacturing Company. Jiang graduated
with a bachelor of engineering degree from South Metallurgical
University in Jiang Xi Providence in 1982, and served as Vice General
Manager of the Tokyo International Components Co. until 1988.
In 1988 Jiang established his own company, Array Electronics Co.,
which by 1992 was importing annually over 8 million USD of
semiconductors for the China Market. Jiang is also the owner of Dragon
Mountain Industrial Co. Ltd., an industrial supplier of gravel, and
the King Gold Electronic Company Ltd., a joint venture company
producing electrical porcelain products for the American market. Jiang
has travelled extensively in North America and Europe, and is actively
involved in community activities in Fuzhou.

BELLINGHAM, Wash--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 1999-- Moving to develop satellite-based e-commerce and information services for vehicles and other mobile users, Omicron Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: OGPS - news), announced that its Interactive Radio Corp. (IRC) subsidiary has contracted BSQUARE Corporation to develop software to run IRC's RadioSat system on the Microsoft Auto PC platform. RadioSat is a satellite-based integrated data communications and navigation service. In addition, IRC has signed an agreement with Vistar Telecommunications to acquire mobile terminals to be used for tests and demonstrations.

''These are key steps to enabling e-commerce and other commercial applications using our mobile communications technology,'' said Stephen Crosby, President of IRC. ''Our approach to combining 2-way telecomm services with GPS data will create a new portal for marketing and commerce capabilities.'' IRC will conduct initial demonstrations for strategic partners next month, he said.

A primary application of the RadioSat system, according to Crosby, will be to enable local broadcast radio stations to offer listeners an instant response capability to radio advertising and to link activity to web sites of radio stations and their business partners. It will also enable other Internet-based services for vehicles and other mobile users. Mr. Crosby stated, ''IRC management is designing a business strategy, a technology and service package that will serve as the premier portal for e-commerce and Internet access in vehicles.''

Crosby also announced that IRC has signed a memorandum of understanding with a major satellite company and is in the process of final negotiations to acquire significant satellite time. Details will be announced as they become available, he said.
