The misleading stmts by management are heavily documented in my prior posts. There are no assets to sue for. As for government agencies - call and ask them.

True - as long as I know I have provided pertinent information that they could have considered, I am happy. Whether you choose to ignore it is your choice and of little concern to me. I am trying to provide information, not imbue intelligence.

Not true - some are serious investors who are willing to take their chances. I do not object to them. It is the ones who attack, use foul language, make up false accussations (e.g. that I am an ex-employee), and appear out of nowhere under multiple screen names to post hyperbolic messages for a quick runnup that I regard as hypsters."

SuzzeQ blithered: "Dan I hope you haven't made people bail from this stock and made them loose money, looks like you could be responsible for there loss and also the company has reason to file suit against you too."

I eagerly await any action by the company. They will find me a formidable opponent. As for investors, they have had an opportunity to see my research which is heavily documented from public records, as well as the opinions of others. What they choose to do is up to them.

SuzzeQ further belched: "Think I've clearly made my decision what Dan is. Ohhhhhh, one more thing, what is an honest investor Dan?"

Ask your mom. As for Intracor, I have no idea whether they are real or not. I have no doubt that some or all of the other companies that IMDS has announced sales to over the years were real. The sales never came to fruition - that is the key point. Sales that were improperly represented as having been made or "imminent" were actually not sales at all - just distribution agreements and the like. I do find it amusing that no one could find a substantial business profile of a company that is a PRIMARY (that's the word they used, I think) providor of medical equipment. That's not to say they aren't real - I just find it amusing given the circumstances. It is not necessary for my skepticism that they be fake.

It'd be rewarding to see someone apply the kind of skepticism toward the company that you apply toward me since they actually have a financial motive and given the huge amounts of public documents available.

One more time SuzzeQ - which person gave you the false and libelous information that I was a disgruntled former employee?
