Duke: Interesting view of LINUX from Yahoo contributor.JFD

.....But one thing the Judge was right about LINUX but again used the wrong reasoning: ?LINUX won?t fly because it?s free?. In reality, LINUX won?t fly because it is NOT free. Last I checked Red Hat costs more than $130 at CompUSA. You have to buy it because you won?t know how to download for Free from Red Hat?s web site. Even if you know how to download it, you won?t be able to install it. I have tried 3 times already. Simply put, LINUX won?t fly because it is still a stone-aged system! At best, it will steal business from SUN and other UNIX vendors! LINUX is not small either, it requires at least 300meg and full install is 1gig! Don?t tell me it can run on a floppy as I can say I can do the same with DOS.
