Thanks Gibbons, Heck I don't know why I should receive it free either. My secretary pays the bills and I don't keep up with it. When I accessed my account info I noticed the email address and assumed that was the problem.

I have not been reinstated and have been unable to contact customer service this morning so I will go and try the exchange agreement you suggest.

I assume the reinstatement to QCharts will also get me back in good grace with SDK.
