Heinz, Not necessarily! I have seen this pattern before....often on the very best stocks....I call it a rising double bottom. It can be quite bullish and I have watched a few progress over time. They usually level off and move sideways for a bit before making more of an advance into the future. Here is one I think may do just that! finance.yahoo.com There you go......a bullish comment.
