Not necessarily! I have seen this pattern before....often on the very best stocks....I call it a rising double bottom. It can be quite bullish and I have watched a few progress over time. They usually level off and move sideways for a bit before making more of an advance into the future.

There you go......a bullish comment. Sorry, don't know if this is in any book or described on any site so I can't draw you a link.......just my own observation over time, looking at charts.
