I do not think you are right ... I have just gotten a confirmation if they did a 504 this year then they will be on pinks from a New York Brokerage house.

I have also called another New York Broker in NY which Orex claimed was buying in and they were not ... I am awaiting they call back.

I am going to call the SEC here in Atlanta ... They will call me back.

I'll be back...

Gary

Ok Robert according to the NASD stated they have to put the 504 in the 10sb when they submit it. Now they have to reach a point of no comment from the SEC by 2-9-2000 or they go to pinks. PERIOD! They just told me it takes anywhere from 2 - 4 months to clear the comment process.

Regardless this puppy is getting the "E" on 1-9-2000 and gets delisted on 2-9-2000 if they do not clear comment...

I have calls into the SEC and other agencies ... If that statement is wrong it will be corrected.

So I shall wait and see. But right now the OTCBB sites states the following:

On January 21, 1999 ... Q3 Is any exemption available for Rule 504 filers?
A3 No. Rule 504 provides an exemption from registration under the federal securities laws. Going forward, these issuers will no longer be allowed to be quoted on the OTCBB.

You decide...
