OT* Frank & Jay! Do you both know that what you are talking about will be happening with electricity in the not so distant future. I'm not talking ebay of course,but with sites set up to handle power brokers. Segregation is now mostly done by state but soon individual co.s will be able to buy power from a competing co. states away! Oil, gas & coal are also in consideration for this type of market. The world is changing before our very eyes! Kevin
