David: Excellent post . . . much appreciated. I guess I'd like to think I'm most comfortable w/POSITION trading . I'm Certainly not able to (time constraints) and not desirous to daytrade.
Am wondering if books like Cooper's recent contributions (hit and run . . . ) or the book Street smarts . . where one is watching for certain "setups" or patterns (like Linda Bradford Raschke) or Pristine (service) are the right idea.
Then you hear about people just working on earnings plays. . . I guess that's why they have 31 flavors @ the Baskin Robbins.
I can be patient, and like how Herm educates/shows how to make more intermediat time frame plays (CC's) and how to milk them or "repair" them . . . as opposed to crash and burn with the fast paced daytrading.
Would appreciate any insight (authors, books, techniques, etc.)
