Diamond Jim--yes, of course this thread is not owned by any single individual, but your petulant tirades when you perceive E*Trade's service to have a problem are an unnecessary annoyance and, as Thinkbach (and several of us in the past) noted, are not on the right thread. In fact, because they are on the wrong thread, they are little different than spam.
