To all: I just dont understand why they cant, in this computer age, have something like VCALL available where everyone can at least listen in even if they cant participate. I think the only way to encourage that would be for the SEC or some national organization to PUBLICIZE all PRIVATE meetings so shareholders would at least know those companies that are unfriendly to the average investor. JDN
