YARC is a no brainer. Funding based on interest alone and no share dilution means they obviously already have targeted their acquisition candidate.

They may have already finalized the acquisition.

A bank does not give a BB stock a note on interest alone unless they are good BullSh@$%$%$% or they have some awesome acquisition or merger to be a part of the funding.d
