gblx alert, cnbc just announced about 1.15 the appointment of ex att big wig to head global center, global crossing is looking to issue tracking stock or ipo to unlock shareholder value, this is good infrastructure play to foreign internets, i noticed when they news came out, volume was right at 5 million, i got in at 47 1/4, now it is over 10 million, i think the fund guys will like this play going forward, the more play att gets about its tracking stock, the more it will help gblx
