Dear Barry: As I understand it the IPO portion of Global Centers would represent a MINORITY stake in the Global Centers with GBLX holding the MAJORITY stake. However, unless we could buy into it at the IPO price I think it does tend to lessen the value to US. On the other hand, one would argue as the IPO shares increase in value then the portion held directly by GBLX would increase and our investment in GBLX should increase. JDN

Add value for GBLX shareholders.

Get contracts not normally available without a Chinese wall.

Obtain stand alone financing.

Get some more cheap cash in the doors for more GBLX crossings . . .

and on and on and on . . . :-)
