The spin off would probably be set up so that a portion is sold to the public (say 10%-20%) and then a year later the rest (save for a position for GBLX to maintain control) is "given" to shareholders.

At any rate, if Global center go IPO, Parent Company (Also called insiders) will own probably 90% of outstanding shares of this new company like all IPO come to the market recently. We the share holders of GBLX will own part of this new company as well. This will increase shareholders value. If I am wrong ,please someone correct me.
