Not me, i get more email notification stuff than i can use, it keeps me busy deleting to make room for the next batch ... i don't like the form personally, i would prefer posting to a website that would be open to all.

But for those who like the email form, sure, why not. It's virtually cost-free, just a matter of setting up the programs to do it, once the information is logged and organised.
