NSIL fits my IPO criteria very well: a) internet infrastructure or software supplier (better to sell the picks and shovels than to spend all day mining the gold) b) significant selloff after opening c) buying off lows on volume d) good news out with likelihood of institutional suppport Still working on a more mechanical strategy...will post to the thread when I am ready to go public with it (right now it looks too easy...2 months of backtesting [Jul-Aug] produced 16 trades, 14 of which were profitable, 11 of which at least doubled in 3 months time).
