Conference Call 12-07-99 First and foremost I would sincerely like to thank Roger May, CEO of ADVC, for the time and effort he puts into his company. I have been in stocks for some time now and have very rarely seen the optimum attention that Roger shows to the shareholders. We all appreciate this! Secondly, thanks to 99.9% of the people that participated in the conference call last night. There was a minimum of distraction and, for the most part, all exhibited a fine and courteous manner. It shows what the caliber of investors of this board really is - excellent, IMHO. I have taken the liberty to write a brief synopsis of last nights meeting. It is posted at ddinvestor.com. This synopsis is totally from my feeble memory, so I ask you now to excuse any deletions or possible misrepresentations. I hope to have a complete written transcript available by this weekend, no promises though. On the front page under the ADVC symbol there is a link "ADVC Message Board" that will take you to a list and from there you're on your own. I regret that I couldn't post this sooner to this board, but I have been having fits with my ISP today. Take care, good trading.
