That's why I have orders staggered lower. I mentioned earlier that I hate chasing these. But sometimes you completely miss the boat if you don't place a market order first. I usually place limit orders, but many times, a combination of both types of orders is justified in accumulating your position. In addition, I get a decent brokerage discount for the execution of multiple orders. Anyway, good luck with it.
