<<"Why is no one speaking up ?
- regulatory bodies are in bed with the big brokerage firms and with the major stock exchanges">>

Arthur Levitt is trying to fight for the "little guy" but he is at odds with the Plutocracy, the
Senate Banking Committee, - and hung-out-to-dry by Slick Willy!

Actually, I am beginning to wonder if perhaps the markets have been ratcheted out of the
control of both the regulators and the value investors by computer "contrarian" smart programming designed to manipulate ALL markets based on math formulas for "profit only" index manipulation.

Ultimately, it has become an instantaneous market skew, both long and short, strictly
based on basket computer buy/sell orders devoid of any value judgement of the social
effect/consequences generated....

Perhaps there is something much more fundamental than either the Government regulators or the public Media are able to control or expose... the manipulation of world oil markets would immediately come to mind.
