JJ, The reason both Braintech and Sideware are related is because both are managed by TechWest Management Inc. (www.techwestmgmt.com). TechWest selectively chooses companies that offer unique and ommercially-viable technologies -- companies that can flourish with the support of TechWest's management expertise. TechWest, apparently, fosters the growth of emerging hi-tech companies. An incubator of some sort.
