A tracking stock would produce some big cash for Eric to play with, but I'm not sure it would do much for us stockholders. The jury's still out on the long-term efficacy of tracking stocks. I think I recently saw an item that recounted how a Sprint tracking stock has soared 400% and Sprint itself is only up 35% since issuing the tracking stock.

I'll keep an open mind, though. Anything Eric's wants, he can have as far as I'm concerned.
