Charles Moldow, a founding team member of @Home, will continue to lead MatchLogic as senior vice president and general manager.

Estler, who sold MatchLogic to Excite, Inc. in the first quarter of 1998 for $90 million, established iBelay.com to assist seed-stage Internet companies by providing scalable technology, engineering and business expertise. iBelay.com has invested in two Internet start-ups, NetLibrary and Epidemic Marketing.

``Our investment in iBelay will allow us to leverage Pete Estler's unmatched instinctual ability to find early stage companies focused on web-based direct marketing and ecommerce. iBelay will be a window for us into the world of emerging companies and will give us a head start in identifying promising new technology and strategic partners,' said Bell. ``We look forward to supporting Pete in his new venture as a financial backer and advisor.'
