No lose situation.If they do not sell it may create
another great buying opportunity.I like the cut
of PF's jib.The guy is a WINNER and is out to make
a name for himself and HE WILL.NN just needs good
mgmt and PF is just that.So let em announce
NO SALE and if the stock retraces to the mid teens
I load my boat and wait for the tide.

NN's Board couldn't turn around the local grocery store. Anyway, the problem is not to turn the company around. Sure it must be right sized. but the problem now is one of scale. Starting in USA and soon to be global is the demand for vendors that are a single source of many products + support. NN cannot grow to be big enough, as that chance is gone. I believe NN knows this. Customers in USA have already explained it to them.

I still think Alcatel is the one.
