PS - from "the floor" - institutions are buying,or holding -but individuals are capitulating...

This looks to be a bottom behaviorally speaking. Volume today is moderate. The institutions are done selling here - buying a bit; but we saw individual investor capitulation today...

Rainwater was buying those oil futures about $15 ago. I wouldn't be surprised if he were selling them now. That's probably how he got to be the first Rainwater. <g>
