PS - from "the floor" - institutions are buying,or holding -but individuals are capitulating... This looks to be a bottom behaviorally speaking. Volume today is moderate. The institutions are done selling here - buying a bit; but we saw individual investor capitulation today... API's - lets see another 3M boe draw - C'Mon Holliday shoppers I know you did it...
