Dave, My meaning is that any unguarded stuff will vanish, in Timmins or in Mongolia. With $50,000 in the treasury that would all go with one guard for one shift in Timmins. If they are paid $1 per hour(what are Mongo wages?) it would still eat it up pretty fast with 24/7 watches.
I made no differential inference about Mongolians being thieves. Canadians are thieves....ask any mine owner. In general if you leave it unguarded it will walk if worth $, copper, aluminum, etc first. eventually the iron lumps too.
