Mark - I did not read the article initially - but only what you posted, and interpreted your post as a comment on those who short. But reading the article in full, I now see that the article discusses both Pump & Dump as well as Short & Distort phenomenon. Clearly, both stock manipulation practices are not good for our markets. So apologies for the misinterpretation for the motivation behind your post.

It's interesting that you should mention NSOL. I see that Network Solutions is up 25 points today - apparently on no news. Possible short squeeze? I find it very hard to understand how a company that does little more than maintain a database of domain names by government charter can be worth $7.2 billion. What am I missing?
