Thanks for the link, but I'm going to stay away from penny stocks from now on, that's what I have promised myself. As to SDWSF, I consider it a defacto NASDAQ stock and anyway, I got into this on my own DD. As to the student, if he makes such malicious charges, he should back them up. I do not wish to discourage anyone who has evidence of alleged "scams" but if there are no facts presented, they are not credible. Running two businesses out of one office does not appear to me to be proof of a scam somehow. On the other hand, his opinion is welcome by me, from my past experience with other OTCs.

The only ones speaking out of line, besides the touts who only post on this thread (sound familiar KrisCo?), are those at Sideware and BNTI who put out press releases announcing "deals" but fail to mention the "rather close" relationship between these companies.
