tell me why this is a buy for the next 5 years. Well, let's see...where to begin...?? There's HyperTV, with its t-commerce possibilities. There's Digital ADCO with its targeted individualized advertising abilities (many here think this will be worth billions and billions). There's E-school, which should be a steady revenue generator. There's Individualized TV... Sounds like you have a lot of homework to do Mike. I think when you finish you may become a proud shareholder. Best of luck to you. MKC the way the market works when you are "little and unknown" is that to get coverage you need to "pay" the IB. Doing a secondary offering does just that. The misconception of dilution is only for the new shareholders. For the excisting shareholders you issue 4-5 mill more shares but at market price so the BookValue will increase a lot. Other reasons the price is going up is the exposure that we will get from the 4 of the top 10 IB's in USA. A company like Bear Stearns not only clear for them self they also clear for hundreds of smaller broker dealers whom (almost all) get Bear Stearns research. So IATV will be put in front of thausands of prospective investors. This secondary is one of the most positive things for this company.
