What's your take on this "Alert"?....wow,like we didn't know that already.

In a sign the government's at least exploring some sort of breakup of Microsoft (MSFT: news, msgs), the Justice Department's hired New York's consultant Greenhill and Co., a firm specializing in corporate mergers and divestitures.

Re: Alert. NBC reported that Msft has been hit with criminal antitrust charges by the Justice Dep. of 19 States.

They had not filed those criminal charges until now or did they?
