1.) TLCV's earnings shortfall announcement.

Different model, different markets. Added LVCI today.

2.) A decision in the Visx v. Nidek case.

Due out any minute. I expect VISX to win convincingly although a VISX loss probably would be perceived as beneficial to the centers. A VISX win should be neutral to the centers. I think the linkage of the ITC decision with the centers will be the impact on the license agreements VISX negotiates with LASE and BOL.

3.) LVCI's November procedure numbers. I look for a blowout. However, giving the stupidity of the investors in the sector, I doubt whether it will push the stock up much.

Klobnak seemed to telegraph this. I too expect the procedure unit growth to be good.

4.) Idiot analyst downgrades.

Prudential has been the only one to be consistent. Personally, I like the analysts, they add to the pricing inefficiency. ; )
