I asked Markus Lemke, what persuaded him to leave CDC to join Axion, and he cited first, Ian's great capability to run a company as it should be run; secondly, their mutual disdain for companies that are little more than speculative schemes on a stock market. There was a third thing that I can't recall. But, he and Ian sound like they are in accord on their business ethic. He lent high praise to Ian's business sense and overall grasp of their market. Interestingly, it was Lemke, as agent of CDC who initiated contact with Axion in attempts to dramatically expedite the displays (of terrain maps, eg.) of CDC's BattleWeb product. This preceded Axion's large contract with CDC. Of course, Lemke now holds Options with Axion. GE
