Just the same 40 million Dell, or 25 million intel, cut in half is still a ton more volume.

<<Any idea why Nokia doesn't trade 20 million shares on days like this?

Nokia also trades in Europe. On Friday for example,
2.5 million shares were traded in NY, 2.8 million in Stockholm, 4.7 million in Helsinki.

I don't have the numbers for Monday, but
if we include the volume in Europe, Nokia probably traded more than 20 million shares.
