John, others, I'm finding SI about as fast recently as molasses in Maine in January. John Dowd will know what I mean. Tech stock correction, maybe, but nowadays they seem to last only one day. Used to be a pullback was at least two. Every single "analyst" that shows up on a business show is pushing tech, make that Internet infrastructure companies, lately. If investors listen and believe them at all...Well, nobody has to tell me, but when the word gets to the back forty, or something, we could have an even bigger runup in the best of those type companies. Back to the pullback, if it happens, and speaking of CSCO and EMC (guess I didn't yet), I'd like to beef up my holdings in them to fill in for my INTC when it gets absent, like now. I might just "pull" for the pullback so I could get that done. Tony

If you remember, I said I had a list of stocks I was going to either buy or add to on my supposedly "big" Y2K pullback back in September-October, that never or hasn't yet materialized. So even though about 80% of my stocks have run up pretty darn good, I wasn't able to load up as planned...so I have a lot of cash still. I'm not exactly crying poor mouth but the Y2K thing hasn't exactly panned out like I thought, yet. Meanwhile, some of the goodies I wanted to buy have gone to the moon and left me on the launching pad. Some other stuff I have have actually turned out to be internet/tech/spin off plays like GLW and GMH. I really wanted to add to sunw, csco, lucent, qcom and some others and buy jdsu, sdli, etek, ditc, nokia but got left at the starting gate. Now I'm scared which probably means they will keep on running...<G> Jim
