Not for me! I get a semi-generic tvotw page with a message that says "we are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found." Maybe they are still in the process of getting things up?

Can someone describe what they saw?

What is going on with TV on the Web? There is talk of a new look, but all I get is a blank screen. Is it down now? What did it look like when it was up?
