On ICAB... ICAB imho does not have the same potential as SIFY KOREA and TRRA. It's a Hong Kong cable co., limited market, I have seen no mention of expanding into greater China or if it's even possible. Watching price and volume action recently the best is see for this is a pop to $40 in the next couple days. I am in TRRA and KOREA, did well with SIFY !!! but out of for now. SIFY i see as an exceellent trade for the next 2 years as India "gets online". Kicking myself for selling out of ENON (Europe, was TPARY) some 400% ago. ENONW is a 20 bagger for this year, this one will also be an excellent trader for the next 2 years imho. Kaliico
