Now is the worst time to sell Microsoft !!! All the other Hi Tech stocks had already flied high !!And the settlement talkk is under way, and someday in the morning when you wake up , you will hear a settlement has been reached , but you have sold your shares , too bad. As the election year getting closer, AG will be asked in every public debate about the following questions : 1) Are you pro free market force, free innovation ? or do you believe in a government deeply regulated hi tech industry and a Hi Tech industry defined by the government ? i.e government defined what should be , are allowed to be developed by the government ? 2) Do you think Microsoft hurt the consumers ? If you think so, then why ? 3) If we elected you as the next president , how can the big Hi Tech company innovate freely if they will face the anti trust suit from the government every day ?How can they develop new products to benefit the consumers if all their new product development projects will be deeply regulated and controlled by the government ? I do not know How AG will answer these questions , especially the political impact of this case will be on and on every day in the election year !!!It can be a very big issue, so the DOJ started to tight its screw driver for a quick settlement , settle it before the election year !!!
