This isn't just to artic.

What might be happening here is a continuation of end of
the year selling of "dogs" by investors to capture capital
losses to offset gains to some degree.

Look but don't buy for now. Wait two weeks for stability
to return. Right now I am more interested in what happens
about New Year's. This selling could be yearend driven,
so there may be no hurry to buy falling knives. If this
is true, then January could be interesting.
