My perspective:

1. Two consecutive QTR's without a conference call (real companies don't do that)

2. Revenue decline in Q3 vs. Q2. Only way to put a positive spin is to compare to same period 98 (comparisons vs same period 98 are irrelevant imo. It was a different company..prior to unicore)

3. Q3 was cash flow negative....even before non-cash charges...they did not make any money...the keep burnin up more cash (despite previous assurance from Chris Gaudette that the bleeding had stopped.)

4. Only division that's floatin things is unicore (which will be ugly after the urgency of Y2K is gone)

5. And now a complete change of direction with very little cash to accomplish it....company is startin over again boys.

Finally broke my back.

Good luck to you all..sold the last of my shares in the last few days...glad to be done with this company.

Use any bounce to lighten up your holdings (imho)
